Brittany Garnall, a long-time Elk Valley resident, draws on her own healing journey to offer thoughtful, personalized treatments. Inspired by her own positive experiences with pain management and mental health support through therapeutic touch, Brittany is dedicated to providing personalized, attentive care, and result based outcomes. Outside of her practice, Brittany enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, including hiking, mountain biking, and camping with her spouse and their dogs. She look forward to welcoming new clients and building meaningful connections within the community
Adelaine Wortley (Ada), a Fernie local born and raised, brings her deep connection to mountain life into her practice as an RMT. Shaped by years of snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors, she offers thoughtful, evidence-informed care rooted in an understanding of how active lifestyles impact the body. Ada is dedicated to identifying the underlying causes of pain and tension and creating treatments that support functional movement, resilience, and recovery. When she’s not in the clinic, she can often be found on the trails or in the mountains, continuing to draw inspiration from the community she loves. She looks forward to welcoming clients and supporting their return to the activities that make life meaningful.
